Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Rendering Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for a sophomore undergraduate to graduate student who has a passion for architectural design and rendering. The successful candidate will work closely with our design team to create high-quality visual representations of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed and photorealistic 3D renderings of architectural projects
- Collaborate with designers and architects to develop visual concepts
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for clients
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all renderings
- Stay updated with the latest rendering software and techniques
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Sophomore to Graduate level)
- Proficiency in rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and time management skills
