Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Drafting Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for a sophomore undergraduate to graduate student who is passionate about architectural design and floor planning. The successful candidate will work closely with our design team to develop precise and detailed floor plans for various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed architectural floor plans for residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with designers and architects to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for clients
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all floor plans
- Stay updated with the latest design software and architectural trends
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Sophomore to Graduate level)
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and floor planning
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and time management skills
